It says spending debits the CPF account, foreign-currency conversion uses the rate shown in the Tenpo app when the transaction occurs, physical cards are issued after the virtual card and a physical issuance-and-dispatch fee is shown in-app. Its fee annex lists international purchases at 0%, national ATM withdrawals at UF 0.017 and foreign ATM withdrawals at UF 0.11, while permitting Tenpo to waive a number of monthly withdrawals and reduce or waive card-issuance charges. It covers adult and eligible Junior users with Chilean ID and identity validation; the terms do not document direct crypto or stablecoin card authorization.
