These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, AI agents, content, tools, and services offered by LV and its brands, including CryptoLV and Dablock (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Return Policy, and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

LV, CryptoLV, and Dablock provide educational content, analytics tools, AI agents, and informational references on financial markets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and trading.

The Services do not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading and holding cryptocurrencies involve significant risks, including possible total loss of capital. By using the Services you acknowledge that:

• Prices are volatile and can change dramatically. • Leverage amplifies losses and can liquidate your account. • Technology risks (hacks, bugs, lost keys) and regulatory risks exist. • You are solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, and tax compliance.

LV, CryptoLV, and Dablock do not guarantee returns and assume no liability for losses arising from use of the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. It is your responsibility to verify that use of the Services is lawful in your country or region; the Services may be unavailable where restricted.

To access certain features you may create an account via Privy (email, wallet, or social login). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and wallet. • All activity under your account. • Providing accurate, up-to-date information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system, or pose risk to other users.

Some products or subscriptions (courses, kits, indicators, dashboards, community access) may require payment. Prices and terms are stated at the point of purchase. Auto-renewals, where applicable, are communicated before billing. Taxes may be added depending on jurisdiction. For refunds, see our Return Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering. • Reverse engineer, mass-scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission. • Overload infrastructure (rate-limits, abusive scraping). • Impersonate LV, CryptoLV, Dablock, or their contributors. • Use AI agents or signals as the sole basis for third-party offerings without disclosure or license.

All content, trademarks, logos, proprietary indicators, prompts, code, AI models, articles, courses, and materials are owned by LV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

The Services may contain links to third-party exchanges, brokers, tools, and platforms, including affiliate links that may earn us commissions. We are not responsible for the content, terms, security, or availability of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. We do not warrant financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LV, CryptoLV, Dablock, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

LV's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD 50, whichever is greater) if you made no payments.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LV, CryptoLV, Dablock, and their affiliates against any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LV's place of incorporation, without prejudice to consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, in the competent courts.
