The current Mexico account terms provide two free monthly app-based withdrawals at partner stores; each later one costs MXN 10, and Mercado Pago Express cash-outs are free. With the debit card, ATM fees are set by the ATM owner and shown before confirmation. OXXO card withdrawals cost MXN 20 including VAT, up to MXN 3,000 per transaction. Some supermarkets also offer cash-back at checkout, with store-specific purchase and withdrawal limits.
