How refunds and returns work for digital products and subscriptions from LV, CryptoLV, and Dablock.
This Return Policy applies to digital products and services purchased directly from LV, CryptoLV, or Dablock, including subscriptions, courses, educational kits, proprietary indicators, dashboards, AI agents, and community access.
Products or services purchased from third parties (exchanges, brokers, external platforms via affiliate links) are governed exclusively by the relevant provider's return policy. We do not process refunds on behalf of third parties.
Most of our products are immediately delivered digital goods. By completing the purchase and gaining access, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal that some jurisdictions provide for digital content, to the extent permitted by law.
For products where law requires a cooling-off period, such right will be honored within the relevant statutory period as long as you have not accessed or downloaded the content.
For eligible monthly or yearly subscriptions and courses, we offer a 14-day refund window from the initial purchase date, subject to:
• Formal written request (email or official channel) stating the reason. • Content consumption under 25% (modules completed, downloads, dashboard accesses). • Purchase not made under a non-refundable special discount.
This does not apply to subsequent auto-renewals or to products marked as "non-refundable."
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
• Digital products downloaded, consumed, or heavily used. • Indicators, scripts, or dashboards whose code has already been delivered. • Private community access if you have already interacted within it. • Products acquired under a promotional discount > 30%, except for verified defects. • Non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the gateway. • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (unless a specific legal right applies).
If a product has a technical defect that prevents normal use and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request:
• Repair or replacement (restored access, corrected file). • Credit toward another purchase. • Full refund if the above options are not feasible.
Document the defect with screenshots, date, time, and a description of the issue.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the in-progress period is not prorated, except where required by law.
1. Send your request through the official LV, CryptoLV, or Dablock channels including: purchase email, order ID, date, product, and reason.
2. We will respond within a reasonable time (target: 5 business days) confirming eligibility.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method in 5-15 business days, depending on the gateway.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes opened without prior contact may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to all purchased products until the dispute is resolved.
We may update this Return Policy at any time. Purchases are governed by the version in effect at the time of the transaction.
For refunds, contact LV/CryptoLV/Dablock through the official channels listed on the site. Include all the information requested in section 7 to speed up the review.
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' policies.
