EULA

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between you (the "User") and LV and its brands CryptoLV and Dablock (the "Licensor"). By installing, accessing, or using the software, indicators, AI agents, scripts, dashboards, or applications (the "Software"), you agree to this EULA.

This EULA complements our Terms of Service. In case of specific conflict regarding use of the Software, this EULA prevails.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, the Licensor grants you a personal, worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal professional purposes as a trader/investor.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, merge, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law. • Resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties. • Remove proprietary notices, trademarks, or rights legends. • Use the Software to train competing AI models, generate derivative products, or build SaaS offerings without express authorization. • Use the Software for illegal activity, market manipulation, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

License keys, activation links, or wallet/email-based access are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping them secure. The Licensor may revoke access that is shared, leaked, or shows abnormal usage (e.g., multiple concurrent IPs incompatible with individual use).

The Software may receive updates, patches, or new versions. These are covered by this EULA. The Licensor does not guarantee backward compatibility or compatibility with third-party platforms or exchanges that change their APIs.

Outputs from AI agents, signals, alerts, screeners, or automated analytics are informational and educational and may contain errors. They do not constitute financial advice. Always verify against official sources before acting. Use of AI outputs is at your sole responsibility.

Processing of personal data needed to operate the Software follows our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain features may require connections to third-party APIs (exchanges, on-chain data providers) and you accept such transmission.

The Software, code, models, prompts, indicators, trademarks, and iconography are the exclusive property of the Licensor or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights: it only grants a limited license to use.

The Software may integrate with TradingView®, exchanges, brokers, data providers, and wallets. Those services are governed by their own terms. The Licensor is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, operational losses, hacks, or decisions made within their environment.

The Software is delivered "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, freedom from error, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that signals or AI outputs will produce gains.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or reputation. The Licensor's aggregate liability in connection with the Software is limited to the fees paid by the User during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify the Licensor against third-party claims arising from breach of this EULA or misuse of the Software (including use for unauthorized competing services).

This EULA remains in effect for as long as your license is active. The Licensor may terminate this EULA and revoke access if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete copies in your possession.

You represent that you are not located in jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC, the EU, or other applicable authorities, and that you do not act on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities. The Licensor may block access for compliance reasons.

The Licensor may update this EULA. Material changes will be notified through the Software or by email. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to the Licensor's place of incorporation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
