Banco BISA Debit is the Bolivian bank's conventional Visa debit product, with contactless, ATM, POS, internet, foreign-use, and virtual-card features documented by the bank. Banco BISA also offers CriptoBISA for eligible customers to buy, sell, and custody USDT. The reviewed materials keep those services separate: transfers sell USDT before sending resulting USD, and the debit card spends bank-account balances rather than directly authorizing purchases against USDT custody.
