PagBank publishes debit withdrawal and foreign-use fees
PagBank's current fee FAQ lists R$ 9.90 per debit cash withdrawal, PTAX + 5% for dollar conversion, and 3.5% IOF on international purchases and withdrawals. The debit-only tariff page confirms the withdrawal fee and conversion rate but omits IOF, so confirm the fee shown for the specific card in the app.
PagBank guides disagree on international debit use
PagBank's dedicated debit-card page advertises international purchases and cash withdrawals, but another current FAQ says the debit function is not available for international purchases and treats the Account Card as a separate product. The directory marks overseas debit use as conditional and advises cardholders to confirm which version the app issued.
Current product page advertises a free Visa debit card with no annual fee, Brazil and international use, contactless, Visa partner benefits, and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Wallet.
Current card lineup distinguishes the PagBank multiple card, Account Card, credit card, and prepaid card; the PagBank card is free and marketed for international use, with physical/online spending and cash access.
Current PagBank card fee FAQ: debit cash withdrawals cost R$ 9.90 in Brazil or abroad; international purchases and withdrawals have 3.5% IOF and dollar conversion at PTAX + 5%. The separate debit-only tariff FAQ confirms the R$ 9.90 withdrawal fee and PTAX + 5% but does not list the IOF charge.
Current help article lists card types eligible for international purchases but says the debit card is not available for those purchases; the separate Cartao da Conta is listed as a different product. This conflicts with PagBank's dedicated debit-card landing page, which advertises international use.
Current request help says debit applicants need R$ 50 in account balance or R$ 300 in PagBank CDB investment, can use the virtual card after applying, and receive a physical card by delivery.
PagBank's educational page updated 12 March 2026 describes crypto exposure through Hashdex funds in its investment app. It is a separate investment route and does not document direct crypto card funding.
