AstroPay offers separate prepaid Mastercard programmes in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Peru rather than one uniform global card. The legal issuer and technology or BIN provider vary by country: Argentina names Rampy and Pomelo, Peru names AstroPay Peru and Pomelo with a separate Ligo electronic-money account, Mexico names Cacao Paycard Solutions and Dock, and Brazil may use Stark Bank or Dock. AstroPay also offers stablecoin services through designated providers, but the reviewed card terms support account-balance spending, not a universal claim that crypto is debited directly at the point of sale.
