Deblock combines a regulated e-money account, Visa debit cards, and a non-custodial crypto wallet in one app. The reviewed terms keep those balances distinct: card payments use e-money, while users control the wallet keys and can separately buy, sell, swap, or transfer supported crypto-assets. Deblock SAS is authorized by ACPR as an electronic-money institution and by the AMF as a MiCA crypto-asset service provider for defined services.
