Current legacy-card guide: no transaction or Gnosis Pay FX fee; card order and physical shipping are free; replacement costs 4.99 EURe/GBPe/USDCe; ATM allowance is up to 5 withdrawals or 200 EURe/GBPe/USDCe monthly, then 2%, with 250 single and 500 daily withdrawal limits. The guide does not list a monthly charge.

The formal closure notice lists general cardholder support through 18 June 2027 and refund/dispute/chargeback support through 12 June 2028. This separate current support guide lists post-card support for disputes, chargebacks, fee queries, and remaining-balance refunds through 24 May 2028. The pages do not reconcile the different dates.

Current partner-migration guide: EUR cardholders are directed to Rebind, where the account, IBAN, and card carry over without new ID checks; USD cardholders are directed to Picnic in Brazil or MiniPay elsewhere; GBP migration is still pending. MiniPay requires a new account and does not carry over old card details. Partner apps issue separate cards under their own terms.
