The current Singapore-resident schedule sets Basic/Midnight foreign transactions at 2%; Plus/Ruby has no fee on its first S$600 per calendar month and Pro/Jade/Indigo on its first S$1,200, then each is 2%. Higher tiers have no foreign-transaction fee. The inactivity fee is S$6 monthly after 12 months without cardholder-initiated financial activity.
