The April 2026 agreement names BFF Cards, LLC as the Visa prepaid-card issuer and BFF Prime, LLC as the account-contracting company. Card purchases draw from the prepaid eUSD balance, which the agreement says is backed by stablecoins held in custody; this is not a self-custody card debit.
