Tuyo's public card page still says ATM withdrawals and PINs are unavailable and lists a lower $10,000 daily limit; confirm current controls in-app.

Tuyo's Help Center separates platform-wide prohibited countries from card-provider issuance exclusions, and publishes additional U.S. state and territory limits. Countries not on the provider list are only eligible at that layer; platform access, KYC and provider approval still apply.

Current guide lists no issuance, monthly, or annual fee; no fee for USD purchases within the U.S.; up to 1% FX for non-USD and a separate 1% abroad fee that can stack to 2%; USDC on Base funded by token deposits from Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, or Polygon; Apple Pay/Google Pay; ATM withdrawals up to $250 including operator surcharge; and daily limits of $50,000, then $100,000/$200,000 as spend grows. The public card page still lists $10,000/day and no ATM support.

Tuyo's ATM guide allows up to $250 total per withdrawal including the ATM operator surcharge and a maximum of three attempts in any rolling 24-hour period; approved and declined attempts count. ATM fees and FX are set by the ATM operator or bank. The current public card marketing page still says ATM withdrawals and PINs are not supported.
