Bleap's Mastercard debit card is linked exclusively to a user-controlled Bleap smart-account wallet. Each card payment authorizes a direct debit from that wallet for settlement; the current terms say neither Bleap nor issuer Unlimit EU holds the wallet assets as an ongoing customer balance. Bleap manages the app and programme, while Cyprus-regulated Unlimit EU issues the card and e-money. This non-custodial design does not remove KYC, issuer, smart-account permission, network, stablecoin, or merchant risks.
