The tariff effective December 9, 2025 sets physical delivery at RD$400 or pickup at RD$200, three free customer-requested virtual replacements per year then RD$100 from the fourth, and RD$600 for physical replacement. Five monthly Banco Popular ATM withdrawals are free then RD$60 from the sixth; other-network ATM inquiries or withdrawals cost RD$65 and international ATM withdrawals RD$250.
