Variational documents Omni as its live application for perpetual trading, built on the Variational Protocol. The protocol and the Omni venue are separate products in the documentation.
Omni does not use an order book. Traders request quotes from the Omni Liquidity Provider (OLP), which the docs describe as the venue's sole market maker and counterparty.
Omni is deployed on Arbitrum One. Official docs describe USDC deposits into user settlement pools created on-chain.
Official docs state there are no separate trading fees. Trades execute at OLP quotes, so the spread and quote size still affect execution cost.
Variational publishes a read-only REST endpoint for platform and per-market statistics; this profile does not copy its live values.
The official getting-started guide says the app requires a referral code and may restrict access by jurisdiction.
Check current terms on the official site before trading. Fees, leverage, markets, access, and collateral can change or depend on the account.
