The BCP's 2019 notice says cryptocurrencies are not legal tender and have no State guarantee. It also says that, at that time, there were no specific local rules or supervision for these assets or their intermediaries. DNIT states that IRP is due on the applicable day of the third month after the fiscal-year end, based on the last RUC digit. Its Permanent Calendar uses the 7th through 25th of each month. That deadline alone does not determine crypto treatment: confirm this with DNIT before filing.
