Paytop SAS is Triple-A's regulated European entity. It is an ACPR-authorized payment institution and, since May 2026, an AMF-authorized MiCA crypto-asset service provider for custody and administration, exchange of crypto-assets for funds, and transfer services. Triple-A positions the combined perimeter for enterprise stablecoin acceptance, payouts, and local-currency operations across the EU and EEA. Authorization remains entity- and service-specific: it is not a bank licence, deposit insurance, a crypto-card claim, or evidence that Triple-A's separate Dubai in-principle approval is a full licence.
