Current disclosures distinguish a U.S. secured credit card from the international consumer Spend Card. Both currently show 0% purchase APR; the international terms list 0% FX and cross-border fees, while both list a 2% ATM fee with a $1 minimum. Current rewards terms set maximum rates at 3% BTC in the U.S., 1% internationally and 5% for select merchant promotions; only eligible settled purchases qualify, and exclusions apply.
